Transparent aqueous external preparations such as aqueous solutions and aqueous gels containing glucosamine at a high concentration have a problem that when applied to the skin, glucosamine crystals precipitate over time and remain white on the skin. The present invention provides a glucosamine-containing transparent aqueous external preparation that contains 1% by mass or more of glucosamine and sugar alcohol with respect to the entire preparation, thereby suppressing white residue after application to the skin.グルコサミンを高濃度含有する水性液剤や水性ゲル剤等の透明な水性外用製剤は、皮膚に塗布した際、グルコサミンの結晶が経時的に析出し、皮膚に白残りするという課題があった。本発明は、製剤全体に対して１質量％以上のグルコサミン及び糖アルコールを含有させることにより、皮膚塗布後の白残りを抑制したグルコサミン配合透明水性外用製剤を提供するものである。
