PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation that suppresses release of an active ingredient in the stomach with a smaller coated amount than that of the conventional one, releases an active ingredient in the intestine and effectively develops the action of active ingredient.SOLUTION: The solid preparation is obtained by coating an inner-core solid material containing an active ingredient with a coating layer containing a biocompatible nanoparticle and an enteric polymer combined with the biocompatible nanoparticle so that the biocompatible nanoparticle is not dispersed from the coating layer into a digestive tract liquid in the stomach, while the biocompatible nanoparticle is dispersed from the coating layer into a digestive tract liquid in the intestine and the active ingredient contained in the inner-core solid material is released.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来よりも少ない被覆量で活性成分の胃内での放出を抑制すると共に腸内での放出を可能とし、活性成分の作用を効果的に発現させることができる固形製剤およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】活性成分を含む内核固形物を、生体適合性ナノ粒子と、該生体適合性ナノ粒子と複合化された腸溶性高分子と、を含む被覆層で被覆した固形製剤とすることにより、胃内では生体適合性ナノ粒子が被覆層から消化管液に分散せず、腸内では生体適合性ナノ粒子が被覆層から消化管液に分散し、内核固形物に含まれる活性成分を放出することができる。【選択図】図1
