The lumen (inner layer 4) of the distal portion of the sheath 3 includes a first straight portion 5 extending linearly, a first tapered portion 6 provided distal to the first straight portion 5, and a first taper portion 6. 1 A second tapered portion 7 provided on the distal side of the tapered portion 6 and a second straight portion 8 provided on the distal side of the second tapered portion 7 and extending linearly are included.
