PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip cosmetic in which astaxanthin is maintained stably and the astaxanthin exhibits a high lip chap improving effect.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a lip cosmetic containing astaxanthin and vitamin E. When the concentration of the astaxanthin contained is 100 mass%, the concentration of the vitamin E contained is 70 mass% or more.
