Air is pumped from a low radio frequency compressor that has been certified to operate in all forms of transport including aircraft due to its low electromagnetic emissions. The compressor pumps high flows of air through a virgin rubber air diffuser installed in the bottom of the fish transportation receptable. The virgin rubber air diffuser fractionates the air allowing the oxygen in the air to be absorbed into the water. The high level of air being pumped through the air diffuser also lifts waste products from the water and deposits them into the skimmer installed in the inner lid of the fish receptacle.
