PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for acquiring biological motion data of a person to be examined, and calculating an evaluation value of a locomotive syndrome of the person to be examined on the basis of the biological motion data, and an evaluation device.SOLUTION: An evaluation device for a locomotive syndrome includes: acquisition means 2 for acquiring biological motion data of a person to be examined； bent angle calculation means that, by connecting the acquisition means 2 to a computer 3, calculates a bent angle of an arbitrary joint part from the biological motion data to the computer 3； and evaluation value calculation means for calculating an evaluation value of the locomotive syndrome according to the bent angle acquired on the basis of the correlation between the calculated bent angle and the evaluation value of the locomotive syndrome.
