The present invention relates to a rehabilitation exercise device which maximizes a rehabilitation treatment effect on knee and ankle areas. The rehabilitation exercise device of the present invention comprises: a pair of support frames for supporting calves of a patient, and located in parallel at a position separated from each other； a knee exercise device enabling the patient to exercise the knee by accessing and separating the support frames toward hip of the patient； a foot frame installed to be dynamically connected to the support frame, and supporting foot of the patient； a driving device stretching Achilles tension of the patient by rotating the foot frame； and a control device applying a control signal to the driving device to rotate the foot frame, after the knee of the patient is fully extended by driving the knee exercise device so that the support frames are located at a position which is separated farthest from the hip of the patient.본 발명은 재활 운동 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 재활 운동 장치는, 환자의 종아리를 받쳐 주기 위한 것으로, 서로 이격된 위치에 평행하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 지지 프레임들； 상기 지지 프레임들을 환자의 엉덩이 쪽으로 접근 및 이격시킴으로써 환자의 무릎 운동을 가능하게 하는 무릎 운동 장치； 상기 지지 프레임에 동력적으로 연결되게 설치되는 것으로, 환자의 족부를 받쳐 주는 족부 프레임； 상기 족부 프레임을 회전시켜서 환자의 아킬레스건의 스트레칭을 가능하게 하는 구동 장치； 및 상기 무릎 운동 장치의 구동으로 상기 지지 프레임들이 환자의 엉덩이로부터 최대로 멀리 이격된 위치에 배치되게 하여 환자의 무릎이 최대로 펴진 이후에, 상기 구동 장치에 제어신호를 인가하여 상기 족부 프레임이 회전되게 하는 제어 장치；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
