Both frames are U-shaped and consist of two symmetrical parts, with the possibility of adjustment in width and fixation in a predetermined position by means of a coupling (3). The detachable connection is located on the short end side of the frames. On a movable frame (2) is a hinged lifting mechanism, made in the form of a system of levers. The lifting lever of the mechanism (9) is made U-shaped, adjustable in width by means of a coupling (3) and provided with a locking upper position. The latch of the upper position of the lifting mechanism is made in the form of hooks (10), symmetrically placed on the sides of the U-shaped lever (9) with the possibility of rotation. Hooks-clamps are connected with a movable frame with a cable pull. The support post (4) of the fixed frame (1) is adjustable in height by means of an adjusting screw (6) and fixed on the fixed frame with the possibility of rotation by 270 ° in the vertical plane, which allows the device to be stored and stored compactly. On the free sides of the fixed frame (1) are placed, the wheels (7) for ease of transportation.
