PURPOSE: A two-layer cosmetic composition with falling cohered pearl powder lumps, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain the moisture in skin, and to supply gloss and pearl-like feeling by being used as facial pearl-mist and body pearl-mist. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition provides a dynamic visual effect of falling snow by being separated into two layers when placing after shaking. The two-layer cosmetic composition comprises 5-60 weight% of ethanol, 0.01-20 weight% of pearl powder, and the residual weight% of silicone oil. The powder has a particle size of 0.001-0.30mm. The pearl powder is more than one or two kinds selected aluminum powder, mica, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, polyethylene terephthalate, silica, alumina, polyester, and acrylate copolymers. The two-layer cosmetic composition comprises the following steps: screening after pulverizing pearl powder to have a particle size of 0.001-0.3mm； manufacturing a mixed solution by adding 0.01-20 weight% of pearl powder and the residual amount of silicone oil to 5-60 weight% of ethanol； inducing layer-separation by settling the mixed solution for 10-20 minutes after stirring； and controlling the separation rate to maintain the layer-separation rate at 10 seconds to 2 minutes while adding 0.001-10 parts by weight of distilled water to the mixed water after shaking the mixed solution.본 발명은 응집된 펄 파우더 덩어리가 눈처럼 떨어지는 2층상 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 흔들었다 놓았을 때 2층상으로 분리되면서 눈 내리는 동적 시각효과를 제공하는 화장료 조성물을 형성하되； 상기 화장료 조성물은, 에탄올 5-60중량%, 펄 파우더 0.01-20중량% 및 나머지 실리콘오일로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 응집된 펄 파우더 덩어리가 눈처럼 떨어지는 2층상 화장료 조성물을 제공한다.본 발명에 따른 에센스 또는 기능성 화장품은 사용시 가볍고 끈적거리지 않아 쾌적하며 사용감이 우수하면서 기능성 화장 성분, 보습제 등을 함유하여 피부 미용에 탁월하고, 아울러 펄파우더 덩어리가 눈처럼 내리는 동적인 시각효과를 제공하여 사용자의 미감을 자극하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
