CONSTITUTION: An automatic system for cultivating mushroom comprises a bottle transfer unit(10) along one direction in the state where an opening of the bottles is upturned； and a culture medium removal unit(20) which is installed at the bottle transfer unit and in which a medium is drawn out in the state where an opening of the bottles is downturned.본 발명에 따른 자동화 버섯 재배 시스템은 뚜껑이 개방된 병들의 입구가 상향된 상태에서 바구니에 담겨져 일방향을 따라 이동되는 병 이동수단； 그리고, 병 이동수단에 설치되고, 병들의 입구가 하향된 상태에서 배지를 압력에 의해 빼내는 배지 제거부；를 포함하기 때문에 버섯 재배가 끝난 병들에 포함된 배지를 자동으로 배출 및 세척할 수 있다.
