A method for repairing cartilage tissues includes the following steps: adhering a plurality of endothelial progenitor cells onto a scaffold to form a composition, and implanting the composition into a subject. The present invention also provides a method of cartilage defect treatment and a method for proliferating the cartilage tissues.
