PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a composition for repairing a cartilage tissue, and to provide a method for treating a cartilage damage.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for producing a composition for repairing a cartilage tissue which includes the following steps (1) to (3): (1) a step of culturing a mesenchymal stem cell in a medium containing interleukin-6 signal stimulating agent； (2) a step of culturing a cell obtained in the step (1) in the presence of a fiber scaffold； and (3) a step of isolating the cell and the fiber scaffold obtained in the step (2)； and a method for treating a cartilage damage which includes implanting the composition for repairing the cartilage tissue produced by the above described method to a part where it is necessary to repair a cartilage tissue of a mammal.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】本発明の課題は、軟骨組織修復用組成物の作製方法を提供することであり、また、軟骨損傷の治療方法を提供すること等である。【解決手段】本発明は、以下の工程（１）～（３）を含む、軟骨組織修復用組成物の作製方法：（１）インターロイキン－６シグナル刺激剤を含む培地中で、間葉系幹細胞を培養する工程、（２）工程（１）で得た細胞を繊維スキャフォールドの存在下で培養する工程、（３）工程（２）で得た細胞及び繊維スキャフォールドを単離する工程等を提供すること、並びに上記方法により作製された軟骨組織修復用組成物を、哺乳動物の、軟骨組織修復を必要とする部位に移植する工程を含む、軟骨損傷の治療方法等を提供することで上記課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
