The present invention discloses a bone plate manufacturing method for perfectly fitting the bones and the bone plate made by using the bone plate production method, which uses a step of local tomography scanning, a step of using software to construct 3D models, a step of using machining method to produce a wax mold, a step of de-waxing and casting metal molds and a step of pressuring and bending the bone plate, so as to complete a bone plate that perfectly fits the injured bone shape of the patient, so that the bone plate can be appropriately and compatibly used by the patient. The bone plate made through such technological means will be free of flaws such as the time-consuming and labor-intensive bending the bones with tools during surgery as in the existing techniques, and the possible damage to the surface treatment of the bone plate.本發明係揭露一種服貼骨骼之骨板製作方法及利用該骨板製作方法所製成之骨板,其利用局部斷層掃描步驟、以軟體建構3D模型步驟、機械加工法製作蠟模步驟、脫蠟鑄造金屬模步驟及加壓彎折骨板步驟,進而可完成一完全服貼患者受傷部之骨頭外形的骨板,以令該骨板可適切匹配地供該患者使用,而透過如此之技術手段所製作之骨板不會有如現有技術中需要費時費力地在手術中以工具彎折骨板,且可能造成骨板之表面處理受到破壞等缺失。
