PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems associated with a conventional cover that it is difficult to make the cover sufficiently clean because a seat section is fixed and that it is difficult to keep the cover clean from unintentional excretion due to age.SOLUTION: A seat cover is provided which comprises a detachable upper cover that is placed from above a main cover covering the seat section of a chair. The seat cover is applicable to seats of various types of wheelchairs including a rental wheelchair, a purchased wheelchair or the like. Because an article can be inserted into a seat surface, the seat cover can deal with unexpected circumstances. In addition, when the cover becomes dirty, the seat cover is detached easily and is washed.
