PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair which allows a user to perform excretion without moving over nor standing up by half rising slightly from the wheelchair to open a seating surface, thereby reducing the burden on a caretaker as well as the user when excreting.SOLUTION: The wheelchair includes a support frame 2 arranged around the seating surface, and a seat base 3 placed on the support frame 2. The seat base 3 is divided into a left seat portion 63 and a right seat portion 64.
