Provided is an intraocular lens having a novel structure with high utility which is easy to adapt to patients, and can improve quality of vision (QOV). In an intraocular lens (10), an optical characteristic is set rotationally symmetric around the optical axis, and a spherical aberration of a magnitude corresponding to the coma aberration remaining in a patient's eye after extraction of the lens of the eye is set.L'invention concerne une lentille intraoculaire présentant une nouvelle structure ayant une utilité élevée, qui est facile à adapter à des patients et peut augmenter la qualité de la vision (QOV). Dans une lentille intraoculaire (10), une caractéristique optique est fixée à symétrie de rotation autour de l'axe optique, et une aberration sphérique est fixée avec une grandeur correspondant à l'aberration de coma restant dans l'œil d'un patient après l'extraction du cristallin de l'œil.見え方の質（ＱＯＶ）を向上させることが出来ると共に、患者への適合が容易とされて実用性が高い、新規な構造の眼内レンズを提供すること。 眼内レンズ１０において、光学特性を光軸回りで回転対称に設定し、且つ、水晶体を摘出した患者の眼に残存するコマ収差に対応した大きさの球面収差を設定した。
