The invention relates to a fumigant containing (A) a polyol and (B) an active ingredient, a fogging space treatment device wherein said fumigant and a heating part that generates heat of 150-450°C are disposed with a heat-transferring part therebetween, and a space treatment method wherein said fumigant is heated at 150-450°C.
