PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizing device that has a simple structure, and is low in cost.SOLUTION: The atomizing device for applying a voltage to discharge electrodes to generate mist includes: an electrode holding part for storing therein the discharge electrodes； heat absorbing parts； and heat dissipating parts. The device is provided with a water supply means for supplying the water generated at the heat absorbing parts to the discharge electrodes.
