To reuse a coupling member 8 for connecting a flexible bag 9 to a connection part 7 of an isolator 2 while maintaining connection reliability.SOLUTION: A bag connection device comprises: a coupling member 8 which can be coupled to a connection part 7 of an isolator 2 having therein a work space W, and a flexible bag 9 is attached to the coupling member for connecting the bag to the connection part 7 of the isolator 2. The coupling member 8 is formed into an annular form, and an open end of the bag 9 is folded at a tip part 8Aa of the annular coupling member 8 for attaching the bag 9 to the coupling member 8, then the tip part of the coupling member 8 is pressed to an external seal member 18A surrounding an external opening 7B of the connection part 7, and the coupling member 8 is coupled to the connection part 7.
