PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective connection device to be connected to a medical device in a hygienic and safe state.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a medical transfer/connection device including an external component, an internal component is telescopically disposed in the external component, and the internal component with a barrier member is so configured that the barrier member is axially movable between a shielding position and a cleaning position in the external component, and, when the barrier member (12) is in the shielding position, an end-part opening is opened to receive one of a first medical device and a second medical device. A first end of the internal component forms a first end of the medical transfer/connection device, and a second end of the external component forms a second end of the medical transfer/connection device.
