The present invention relates to a multiblock copolypeptide having stimulus responsiveness and surface adhesion. Using the multiblock copolypeptide consisting of elastin-base peptide and mussel byssus protein of the present invention, a self-assembled core-shell structure and a hydrogel which can be reversibly changed according to a temperature stimulus can be formed. The multiblock copolypeptide has remarkably excellent surface adhesion, and thus can be usefully used in biomedical applications.본 발명은 자극 반응성 및 표면 부착성을 지닌 다중 블럭 코폴리펩타이드에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 엘라스틴 기반 펩타이드 및 홍합 족사 단백질로 이루어진 다중 블럭 코폴리펩타이드를 이용하면, 온도 자극에 따라 가역적인 변화가 가능한, 자가조립된 코어-쉘 구조 및 하이드로겔을 형성할 수 있으며, 표면 부착성이 현저하게 우수하여, 생체의학 응용 분야에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
