The invention relates to a medical carrier system with monitoring and nursing functions. Primarily, a mobile unit is arranged on the bottom of a sickbed, and a management system is combined with the sickbed. A processor is connected with a manipulating unit and a color recognizer in the management system. The color recognizer is disposed on the bottom of the sickbed and near the ground. A power unit is connected to the processor corresponding to the mobile unit for driving the mobile unit to be moved. Furthermore, a plurality of color strip guides with various colors and paved to different destinations of a hospital are paved on the ground of the hospital side by side. Moreover, a physiological condition measuring unit, an alarm unit and a GSM unit are connected to the processor. Accordingly, the sickbed carried with a patient can be moved to the preset destination according to the path paved by the color strip guides automatically. It can reduce the burden of medical staffs’ work significantly, improve healthcare quality and monitor various physiological values of the patient during the process of moving the sickbed.
