The present invention relates to a glycol chitosan-based hydrogel containing only natural polysaccharides without using a toxic crosslinking agent. A hydrogel of the present invention exhibits self-healing action under physiological conditions and the presence of iron oxide nanoparticles, thereby being useful as an injection delivery system. In addition, it is possible to control a delivery speed and amount carried inside the hydrogel by using a magnetic field, thereby being used for a variety of drug delivery and tissue engineering applications with on-demand release of a payload of gel under external magnetic stimulation, and being able to be effectively used as a carrier of bioactive substances such as therapeutic organisms.본 발명은 독성 가교제를 사용하지 않고 천연 다당류만을 포함하는 글리콜 키토산 기반의 하이드로젤에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 하이드로겔은 생리 조건 및 산화철 나노입자의 존재 하에서 자가 치유 작용을 보이므로 주사용 전달시스템으로 유용하며, 자기장을 이용해서 하이드로겔 내부에 담지된 물질의 전달 속도 또는 양을 조절할 수 있으므로, 외부 자기 자극하에서 겔의 페이로드의 주문형 방출로 다양한 약물 전달 및 조직 공학 용도로 사용 가능하다. 치료용 생물 등과 같은 생리활성물질의 전달체로 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
