The transcranial magnetic stimulation system according to the present invention has one or more current waveform pattern for inducing a magnetic field in the coil, and a detection means for determining the type of the coil (2-1, 2-2) and/or a coil that is connected to the power supply (1), and determines the magnetic field inducing current waveform pattern according to the coil type determined.
