PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation which maintains the moisture content in the skin and can lead to moist skin by activating caspase-14 present in the skin not merely applying a humectant to the skin as in the past.SOLUTION: The skin external preparation includes a phosphorylated sugar and a phospholipid. It is preferred that the phosphorylated sugar is at least one kind selected from glucose-1-phosphate, glucose-6-phosphate, and phosphoenolpyruvic acid, and the phospholipid is at least one kind selected from phosphatidic acid and lysophosphatidic acid. Incorporation of the phosphorylated sugar and the phospholipid obtains a synergistic effect on the activation of caspase-14 which has not been brought about by incorporation of the phosphorylated sugar alone or the phospholipid alone.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のように単に皮膚に保湿剤を塗布するのではなく、皮膚中に存在するCaspase-14を活性化することにより、皮膚中の水分量を維持し、潤いのある肌に導くことができる皮膚外用剤の提供。【解決手段】リン酸化糖及びリン脂質を含有する皮膚外用剤。該リン酸化糖としては、グルコース-1-リン酸、グルコース-6-リン酸、ホスホエノールピルビン酸から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であることが好ましい。該リン脂質としては、ホスファチジン酸、リゾホスファチジン酸から選ばれる1種又は2種であることが好ましい。リン酸化糖およびリン脂質を含有することにより、リン酸化糖、リン脂質単独の配合では得られなかったCaspase-14活性化に対する相乗効果が得られる。【選択図】なし
