A skin liquid injecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing having an opening part for spraying a medicine, and having a handle part capable of being gripped by a user； a trigger installed on the housing to be rotated； a medicine supplying unit coupled with the housing, and supplying a medicine into the housing； a pneumatic valve disposed in the housing, and discharging compressed air by being selectively pressed by the trigger according to the rotation of the trigger； a spraying unit connected with the medicine supplying unit and the pneumatic valve, filled with a medicine therein, and spraying the medicine filled therein to the outside of the housing through the opening part by means of compressed air discharged from the pneumatic valve； and a penetration unit disposed on the circumference of the spraying unit, linearly moving toward the opening part when the medicine is sprayed to the outside of the housing, and allowing a needle disposed at the end thereof to protrude to the outside of the housing.
