A skin liquid injecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a spraying unit having an accommodation space formed therein to accommodate a medicine therein, and linearly moving toward skin to generate a difference in pressure in the accommodation space when a load is applied to one side thereof while the skin comes in contact with the other side thereof, so the medicine accommodated in the accommodation space is sprayed onto the surface of the skin； and a penetrating unit coupled with the spraying unit, linearly moving along with the spraying unit when the spraying unit moves, and having a needle disposed in the end thereof, wherein the needle protrudes to the outside from the end thereof and penetrates through the epidermal layer having the medicine coated thereon to reach the intradermic layer while having the medicine put thereon and to make the medicine penetrate to the intradermic layer, when the medicine is sprayed onto the surface of the skin. According to the present invention, the needle vertically comes in contact with the skin, so damage to the skin is minimized. Before the needle is inserted in the intradermic layer by penetrating through the epidermal layer, the medicine is coated on the surface of the skin which the needle is to come in contact with. Thus, the medicine can directly penetrate to the intradermic layer through the needle, and a penetration rate of the medicine penetrating to the intradermic layer can be maximized. Moreover, the skin liquid injecting device has a simple structure, thereby being able to be carried.
