PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor capable of solving problems for example, there are two kinds of dermoscopes of, a type for applying a gel such as an echo gel or vegetable oil directly to a skin for imaging, and a polarization filter type (non-contact) for imaging in a state of separating from a skin, but, when directly contacting, a blood vessel on a clinical part is compressed and the blood vessel does not come out or color of the blood vessel changes, and in the non-contact imaging, when imaging by a focus of a camera, it is difficult to safely focus.SOLUTION: There is provided an adaptor interposed between a dermoscope and a skin, the adaptor formed of a cylindrical body having hardness of 22-45, light transmission ratio of 0-45%, and an opening diameter of 5-50 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】ダーモスコープは通常皮膚に直接エコージェル等のジェル又は植物油を塗って接触させて撮像するタイプと皮膚から離して撮像する(非接触)偏光フィルタータイプと2種類あるが、直接接触させると臨床部の血管を圧迫して血管が移らなかったり色がかわり、非接触の撮像の場合、カメラのフォーカスで撮像する場合固定して安定にフォーカスさせるのが難しいため、それを解決するアダプターを提供する。。【解決手段】ダーモスコープと皮膚の間を介するアダプターであって、硬度が22~45、光の透過率が0~45%、開口径が5~50mmの筒状体からなるアダプターとする。【選択図】図1
