The present invention relates to a bumper mounting structure of a medical bed, which is to protect a head and legs of a patient, comprising: a main frame in which a pair of fastening protrusions are integrally formed to be vertically spaced from ends of both side surfaces thereof, respectively； and a bumper part fastened to a front or rear surface of the main frame, wherein a fastening bracket provided at both lower ends thereof is detachably fastened to the fastening protrusions. The bumper part is not integrally installed with the main frame of a bed but can be easily separated from the main frame if necessary. Also, the fastening protrusions of the main frame are automatically restricted to the fastening bracket by a locking means provided in the fastening bracket in a process that the main frame and a bumper are mounted on each other, such that fastening with each other is easy, thereby improving productivity and reducing labor expenses.본 발명은 환자의 머리와 다리를 보호하도록 구성되는 의료용 침대의 범퍼 장착구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 양 측면 끝단에서 각각 상하 이격되도록 한 쌍의 체결돌기가 일체로 구성되는 메인프레임； 및 상기 메인프레임의 전면 또는 후면에 체결되는 것으로, 그 양측 하단에 마련된 체결브라켓이 상기 체결돌기에 착탈구조로 체결되는 범퍼부；를 포함하여 범퍼부가 침대의 메인프레임과 일체로 설치되지 않고 필요에 따라 메인프레임에서 손쉽게 분리할 수 있으며, 또한, 메인프레임과 범퍼가 상호 장착되는 과정에서 체결브라켓에 마련된 잠금수단에 의해 메인프레임의 체결돌기가 체결브라켓에 자동으로 구속되도록 구성함으로써 상호 간에 체결이 용이하여 그에 따른 생산성 향상과 인건비 절감의 효과가 있는 의료용 침대의 범퍼 장착구조에 관한 것이다.
