The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a hydro-glycero-alcohol extract and a glycero-alcohol extract, similar to the gemmotherapeutic preparations, with antioxidant effect, from the fresh mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium obtained by submerged cultivation in a bioreactor. According to the invention, the protocol consists in extracting a mixture of 10 g of mycelium/100 ml of solvent, for 10 days, stirring with 150 rpm at a temperature ranging between 4...9°C, with a mixture of purified distilled water:glycerol:ethanol (1:1:1) - hydro-glycero-alcohol extract and ethanol : glycerol (2:1)- glycero-alcohol extract, followed by the separation of the mycelium by vacuum filtration and the separation of the alcohol by evaporation, the resulting extracts being stored in cold conditions.Prezenta invenţie se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui extract hidrogliceroalcoolic şi a unuia gliceroalcoolic, asemănător preparatelor gemoterapice, cu efect antioxidant, din miceliul proaspăt al ciupercii, obţinut prin cultivare submersă în bioreactor. Protocolul conform invenţiei presupune extracţia unui amestec de 10 g miceliu/100 ml solvent, timp de 10 zile, agitare la 150 rpm, la o temperatură cuprinsă în intervalul 4...9°C, cu un amestec apă distilată purificată:gicerol:etanol (1:1:1) - extract hidrogliceroalcoolic şi etanol:glicerol (2:1) - extract gliceroalcoolic, urmat de separarea miceliului prin filtrare sub vid, şi a alcoolului prin evaporare, extractele obţinute fiind păstrate la rece.
