PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image management system surely performing management on whether an image is already inspected while having flexibility on image inspection even if the image is photographed from an emergency patient.SOLUTION: The medical image management system 1 includes an image inspecting apparatus 14 for use in inspecting the patients image collected in a medical modality 13, and diagnostic readers 19, 20 diagnostically reading the image inspected using the image inspecting apparatus.
