PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for diagnosing an idiopathic Parkinson's disease using a prosodic analysis of patient's utterance are provided to predict an incipient idiopathic Parkinson's disease by analyzing the utterance of the patient in phonological aspects. CONSTITUTION: A recorder(200) records an utterance of a patient. A storage(300) stores a diagnosis prediction model. A analysis unit(400) analyzes the utterance recorded in the recorder. A diagnosis unit(500) diagnoses a Parkinson's disease using the result of the analysis. A controller(600) controls the recorder, the storage the analysis unit and the diagnosis unit.본 발명은 파킨슨병의 진단장치 및 방법을 제공한다. 진단장치는 파킨슨병 유무를 진단받고자 하는 환자에 의해 발화된 문장을 녹음하는 녹음부； 미리 구축된 진단예측모델을 저장하는 저장부； 상기 녹음부에 녹음된 발화된 문장을 분석하는 분석부； 상기 저장부에 저장된 진단예측모델을 이용하여 상기 분석부에 의해 분석된 결과로부터 상기 환자의 파킨슨병 유무를 진단하는 진단부； 및 상기 구성요소들을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
