PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method that has an excellent sterilization effect.SOLUTION: Provided is a sterilization method including an active oxygen irradiation step for irradiating an object to be sterilized with active oxygen, and a step, after the active oxygen irradiation step, for aging the object to be sterilized finished with the irradiation.
