The present invention relates to a discharge ignition voltage and sustained current supply unit, and to a multi-wavelength laser apparatus for treating skin equipped with the unit. According to the present invention, a discharge ignition voltage and sustained current supply unit provides: a switch driving unit for controlling turn on/turn off of a switching element； a booster transformer for boosting a switching voltage supplied by turn on/turn off of the switching element； a rectification unit for rectifying a voltage of a second side of the booster transformer； a discharge ignition voltage generation unit for generating a discharge ignition voltage from the rectified voltage of the rectification unit； and a sustained current generation unit for generating a sustained current from the rectified voltage of the rectification unit.본 발명은 방전 시동 전압 및 유지 전류 공급 유닛과 이 유닛을 구비한 피부 치료용 다파장 레이저 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 방전 시동 전압 및 유지 전류 공급 유닛은, 스위칭 소자를 턴온/턴오프 제어하는 스위치 구동부와, 스위칭 소자의 턴온/턴오프에 따라 공급된 스위칭 전압을 승압시키는 승압 트랜스와, 승압 트랜스의 2차측 전압을 정류하는 정류부와, 정류부의 정류 전압으로부터 방전 시동 전압을 생성하는 방전 시동 전압 생성부와, 및 정류부의 정류 전압으로부터의 유지 전류를 생성하는 유지 전류 생성부를 제공한다.
