PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably correct influence on a wavelength variable element by the change of circumferential temperature with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The power source device 12 of an endoscope system 2 includes the wavelength variable element 58 for varying the wavelength bandwidth of transmission light. The wavelength variable element 58 includes a temperature sensor 76. The CPU 40 of a processor 11 acquires the correction value of a driving voltage in the piezoelectric actuator 70 of the wavelength variable element 58, which corresponds to the measurement result of the temperature sensor 76, from a driving voltage correction table 80. Then, rough adjustment for correcting the driving voltage of the piezoelectric actuator 70 is performed based on the correction value.
