PURPOSE: A hanger equipped with a disinfection function is provided to effectively use ultraviolet light by irradiating large amount of ultraviolet light by being concentrated in relatively thin clothes. CONSTITUTION: A hanger equipped with a disinfection function (100) comprises a hanger main body (111) formed as being extended in both lower directions in order to hang clothes； a hook shaped hanger loop part (112) in order to be hung in a target supporting body (20) and be supported； a dress hanger part (110) which includes a connection part (113) vertically extended between the center of the hanger main body and the hanger loop part； a sterilization body portion (120) which is arranged in the upper part of the hanger main body and coupled on the connection part and is extended in length(L) direction in order to cover the extended length of the hanger main body and in which first light sources (121) which emit ultraviolet light according to supplied drive power is installed in the lower part in order to irradiate clothes hung on the hanger part with ultraviolet light； and illumination range control units (130) which are arranged in both sides of the sterilization body portion and in which second light source which reflects ultraviolet light emitted from the first light source and emits ultraviolet light is installed in order to control irradiating range of ultraviolet light irradiates on clothes.본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 의류(10)를 걸 수 있도록 양방향으로 하향 연장된 형태로 형성된 옷걸이본체(111)와, 상기 옷걸이본체(111)의 중앙 상부에 배치되며 지지대상체(20)에 걸려 지지될 수 있도록 후크 형상으로 형성된 걸고리부(112) 및, 상기 옷걸이본체(111)의 중앙과 걸고리부(112) 사이에서 상하방향(H)으로 연장형성된 연결부(113)를 포함하는 옷걸이부(110)； 상기 옷걸이본체(111)의 상부에 배치되어 상기 연결부(113) 상에 체결되고, 상기 옷걸이본체(111)의 연장된 길이를 커버할 수 있도록 길이방향(L)으로 연장 형성되며, 하부에는 공급되는 구동전원에 따라 자외선광을 발산하는 제1광원(121)이 장착되어 상기 옷걸이부(110)에 걸린 의류(10)에 자외선광을 조사하는 살균바디부(120)； 및 상기 살균바디부(120)의 양측에 배치되며 상기 제1광원(121)으로부터 발산되는 자외선광을 반사시키거나, 자외선광을 발산하는 제2광원(131)이 장착되어 상기 의류(10)에 조사되는 자외선광의 조사범위(R)를 제어하는 조사범위제어부(130)；를 포함하는 살균기능이 구비된 옷걸이가 제공된다.
