The present invention relates to a multi-resin coating and hardening and waste water sterilizing device using UV/LED, in which a resin coated on an electronic component and vehicle coating paint are hardened to irradiate UV rays by using UV/LED, or may be used for sterilizing operation in a water purifying step of tap water. According to the present invention, a UV irradiating device (100) using a UV LED can freely adjust 0-400 W output. For effective radiation of a UV LED head, an internal air feeding heat insulation plate structure and an LED-cooling water cooled waterproof-type space are ensured. A heating pin is disposed, so external air may be easily flowed. Accordingly, hardening and sterilizing may be effectively performed according to a hardening and sterilizing position. According to the present invention, an LED is used as a light source to irradiate UV rays, so a thermal change of an object to be hardened caused by heat generated from the light source is minimized.
