PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external fixator that can integrally connect multiple screw pins firmly even if the insertion direction and vertical direction position of the screw pins are displaced.SOLUTION: The insertion direction displacement of screw pins 12 is adjusted in the direction by the rotation of a half-size ball 32 surrounded by a surrounding member 31, and a screw part 35a is fastened to fix the half-size ball 32. The vertical direction displacement of the screw pins 12 is fastened and fixed to a connecting screw 37 by using nuts 39a, 39b through spring-washers 38a, 38b in the range of a long hole part 31e of the surrounding member 31.
