PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and low-cost patting beauty device capable of adjusting the strength of patting by a simple structure.SOLUTION: The patting beauty device can adjust a position in the front/rear direction (X direction) of a patting strength adjusting member 2 relative to a bottomed cylinder member 6, and defines the position in the front/rear direction of the patting strength adjusting member 2 in a state where the saw-tooth like parts 23, 28 of a pair of forward extension parts 15, 17 are meshed with the saw-tooth like part 25 of guide members 11, 27.
