The processor arrangement is adapted to identify a fetal reference structure having an elongated shape (80) in said imaging volume； define a reference point (81) on said fetal reference structure； interpret a translation instruction from the user interface as a translation of said reference point along the elongation direction of the identified fetal reference structure； and display the imaging volume together with a volume slice (51, 51') of the imaging volume perpendicular to the elongation direction on the display device, said volume slice coinciding with the translated reference point, wherein the translation instruction is generated in reference to said elongated shape of the fetal reference structure in the displayed imaging volume.
