PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool feeling mat capable of easily and effectively absorbing body heat without being cooled in a refrigerator and without using ice, capable of eliminating solidification of crystal particle of an inner material, and not causing uncomfortable feeling to a head part or others.SOLUTION: The cool feeling mat 1 has an upper face material 2, a lower face material 3, and the inner material 4 held between the upper face material 2 and the lower face material 3. The inner material 4 is a mixture of water, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, and carbon powder 10.
