PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool feeling mat imparting a suitable cool feeling and tactile feeling without the use of cooling or ice.SOLUTION: A cool feeling mat 1 includes: an upper face material 2 a lower face material 3 and an intermediate material 4 disposed between the upper face material 2 and the lower face material 3. The intermediate material 4 contains at least water, polypropylene amine, and glycerin, so that the intermediate material is maintained in a gelatinous soft solid substance, and can impart a soft and suitable tactile feeling.
