The utility model “Flask club for classes on the development of motor functions of the hands in patients of a neurological clinic” refers to medicine in the section of neurology and neurorehabilitation and can be used in neurorehabilitation departments of neurological and neurosurgical clinics when conducting classes on the development of motor functions of the hands in patients of a neurological clinic with organic brain lesions of various etiologies. A useful model contains a cylindrical flask (1) made of transparent plastic a length of 200-300 mm, an outer diameter of 30-60 mm, inside of which from the side of the open end there is an annular thickening of 15-25 mm long, 4-6 mm thick with an internal thread intended for connection with a holder made of opaque plastic, which includes a handle (2) itself with a length of 100-120 mm, a diameter of 20-30 mm, on one side of which a shank (3) is made, and on the other, an annular stop (4), the diameter of which is 20-30 more than the diameter of the handle (2) mm; the shank of the holder (3) includes a threaded part, the length and diameter of which correspond to the length and threaded diameter of the annular thickening in the flask (1), as well as a sealing flange, the diameter of which is equal to the outer diameter of the flask (1), and the thickness is 5- 8 mm; while between the end surface of the open end of the bulb (1) and the flange of the shank (3), a gasket (7) is installed; the strap is rigidly fixed on the handle (2) of the holder, and the inner cavity of the flask (1) is filled with filler (8). Thus, due to the design features of the “bulb mace", it becomes possible to use various types of fillers that provide the ability to work on the dynamic component of hand movements, aimed at restoring their pace and speed of movement and providing patients with visual feedback, giving additional control over the technique of performing exercises, as well as allowing individual weight selection of the “flask club” f
