The filter comprises: a mounting plate (10) mounted on the waste treating facility and having multiple penetration holes (11)； a fixing body (20) having a curve fixing unit (21) inserted and fixed over the penetration holes (11) of the mounting plate (10), and having a filter unit (25) to filter harmful residues and block bad smells while increasing the flow amount of internal air； and a cage (30) having a support part (32) accommodated and seated in the filter unit (25) of the fixing body (20), fixed onto the outside by a fixing ring (31), protecting the filter unit (25) of the fixing body (20), and preventing external shock. Accordingly, the filter is installed on an atmosphere and water waste treating facility so as to finely separate harmful dust, food waste, or waste water residues and collect bad smells in a large area. In particular, a filtering rate is improved to ensure a large space for flowing harmful foreign material, food waste, or sewage and waste water residues.
