The present invention relates to a processing method and a processing facility for fundamentally preventing odor generation of organic wastewater and concentrated sludge. The present invention provides the processing method for fundamentally preventing odor generation of the organic wastewater and the concentrated sludge, which fundamentally blocks generation of a material causing the bad smells to be generated and minimizes the generation of previously contained bad smells by performing a drying operation with low temperature hot wind, not treating odor by a conventional method. The present invention regulates the organic wastewater with predetermined size, then stops a function of enzymes causing the bad smells to be generated by using steam, sterilizes microorganisms to completely block fermentation, subsequently cools the wastewater by using a cooler provided with a heat exchange, continuously concentrates and dehydrates the wastewater, dries dehydrated cakes at low temperature by using external air discharged through the heat exchanger to minimize the generation of the bad smells, and performs a non-discharge drying process for the wastewater generated after concentration to effectively process the wastewater as well as the bad smells.본 발명은 유기성 폐수 및 농축슬러지의 악취발생 원천적 방지를 위한 처리 방법 및 처리 설비에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 유기성 폐수 및 농축슬러지의 악취발생 원천적 방지를 위한 처리 방법은, 기존 방식에 의해 발생된 악취를 처리하는 것이 아니라, 악취발생 원인물질의 생성을 원천적으로 차단하고, 저온 열풍으로 건조하여 기 함유되어 있는 악취의 발생도 최소화시키는 것으로, 유기성 폐수를 일정 크기로 균질화시킨 다음 스팀을 이용하여 악취를 유발시키는 효소의 기능을 중지시키고, 미생물을 살균하여 발효를 완전히 차단하고 이어 열교환기가 구비된 냉각기를 이용하여 냉각시킨 후 연속 농축탈수한 후 탈수케익은 열교환기를 통해 배출된 외기를 이용하여 저온 건조함으로써 악취 발생을 최소화시킬 수 있게 되며, 농축후 발생한 폐수는 무방류 건조 처리함으로써 악취 발생은 물론 폐수 처리가 효과적으로 이루어지게 된다.
