PURPOSE: A self-electricity generating plant cultivating device using inner and outer light sources is provided to enable users to effectively transfer light from the outer light source to plants by adjusting a heat collection plate.CONSTITUTION: A self-electricity generating plant cultivating device comprises the following: a case(1) including more than two plant cultivation beds(11), for mounting light permeable fuel sensitive photocells on the surface except for a base an inner light source module(2) located inside the case a power source unit(3) supplying electricity generated from the fuel sensitive photocells to the inner light source module and an inner light source selected from an LED, a fluorescent lamp, an incandescent lamp, a high pressure sodium-vapor lamp, or halogen lamp, and mounted on the inner light source module. The inner light source module is folded to the side wall surface of the case when the inner light source is unnecessary. The plant cultivation beds are hydroponic beds.
