PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body having a decorative layer formed from ink jet and having excellent external appearance, and making the decorative layer hardly break by an external force, and to provide a method for forming the decorative layer on the tubular body.SOLUTION: A tubular bodies 3, 5, and 7 include: a tubular raw material 20 and a decorative layer formed from ink jet in a circumferential direction on a prescribed region on the surface of the raw material body 20.
