PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a troublesome separate process in which a continuous void of a porous concrete cured body, attendant on greening of the porous concrete cured body, is filled with a liquid retaining material and in which after that, seed-and-fertilizer-mixed fiber-reinforced soil dressing is sprayed onto a surface of the liquid retaining material, and eliminate troublesome press-in work. SOLUTION: In slope stability work, a mixed permeable material 3, composed of a self-hardening adhesive and aggregate of a grain size required to obtain water permeability, is applied or sprayed onto an inclined plane A such as a slope face, so that a porous material layer B can be provided. An adopted greening method for the layer B in the slope stability work is characterized by applying or spraying slurry of a planting foundation bed material C, which is obtained by appropriately mixing a liquid fertile and water with black soil, beer sludge, bentonite, renasol and chenasel according to need, onto the surface of the layer B.
