PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body having a decorative layer that is hard to be broken even when the decorative layer is formed on half or more of a circumference of the tubular body by an active energy ray curable ink.SOLUTION: A tubular body of the present invention includes a tubular material body 20 and a colored layer 32A formed by an active energy ray curable ink over half or more of a circumference of the material body at a predetermined position on a surface of the material body 20.
