PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel CCK secretion-promoting substance and use thereof.SOLUTION: A cholecystokinin secretion-promoting composition of the present invention is acrylic acid and/or unsaturated aldehyde at least having a double bond at 2-position or 4-position, and having 4 to 12 carbon atoms in the main chain, however, if the position of the double bond is only at 2-position, having 4 to 9 carbon atoms in the main chain. If the position of the double bond is only at 4-position, the unsaturated aldehyde having 9 to 12 carbon atoms in the main chain is contained as the active ingredient. This cholecystokinin secretion-promoting composition can be used as an anorectic agent. By adding the cholecystokinin secretion-promoting composition of the present invention to food product, an appetite-suppressing food can be provided.【課題】新規なＣＣＫ分泌促進物質及びその用途を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のコレシストキニン分泌促進組成物は、アクリル酸及び／又は少なくとも２位又は４位に二重結合を有する主鎖の炭素数４～１２の不飽和アルデヒドであって、ただし、二重結合の位置が２位のみの場合は主鎖の炭素数が４～９であり、そして二重結合の位置が４位のみの場合は主鎖の炭素数が９～１２である前記不飽和アルデヒドを有効成分として含む。このコレシストキニン分泌促進組成物は食欲抑制剤として用いることができる。本発明のコレシストキニン分泌促進組成物を食材に添加することにより、食欲抑制食品を提供できる。【選択図】なし
